STRENGTH & NUTRITION

Success in wrestling depends on much more than technical skill alone.  Strength training, proper nutrition, and effective weight management are essential components that allow athletes to perform at their highest level.  A well-designed strength program helps wrestlers develop power, endurance, explosiveness, and injury resistance, while proper nutrition provides the fuel needed for intense practices, competition, and recovery.  Smart weight management ensures athletes can compete at an optimal weight class without sacrificing strength, energy, or overall health.  At Warrior RTC, Coach Nick Gates can provide expert guidance in all of these areas, helping our wrestlers build a complete training plan that supports peak performance on and off the mat.
